观察了人工虫草菌丝体石油醚及水提取物抗哇巴因所致豚鼠心脏毒性 ,并且通过测定 SOD及MDA观察其抗氧自由基作用。结果表明石油醚提取物可显著提高哇巴因所致豚鼠心脏毒性和死亡剂量 ,可有效地增加 SOD活性及降低 MDA含量 ,提示本品可对抗哇巴因的心脏毒性 ,提高机体的抗氧化能力。未见水提物抗哇巴因所致豚鼠心脏毒性及抗氧自由基的作用
The toxicity of ciprofloxacin and petroleum ether extracts against ouabain-induced guinea pigs’ cardiotoxicity was observed, and the anti-oxidative effects of SOD and MDA were observed. The results showed that petroleum ether extract can significantly increase the ouabain-induced cardiac toxicity and death dose in guinea pigs, which can effectively increase the activity of SOD and reduce the MDA content, suggesting that this product can counteract the ouabain cardiotoxicity and improve the body’s antioxidant capacity. .
