研究了亚洲玉米螟Ostrinia furnacalis (Guen.)不同虫态(3~4龄幼虫、1~2d龄蛹、当天羽化成虫)体内羧酸酯酶(CarE)、酸性磷酸酯酶(AP)和碱性磷酸酯酶(AlP)的活力在不同~(60)Coγ辐照条件下的变化。结果表明,亚洲玉米螟不同虫态的CarE活力顺序为:幼虫>成虫>蛹;AP活力为:幼虫>蛹>成虫;AlP活力为:成虫>幼虫>蛹。辐射处理后,CarE活力均高于对照,幼虫以10Krad处理为最高,成虫和蛹均以20Krad处理为最高。处理后蛹的AP活力随辐射剂量的增加而呈上升趋势,在40 Krad达最高;幼虫的AP活力在5~20 Krad范围与其对照间差异不明显,而30和40 Krad处理明显高于对照;成虫的AP活力与其对照间变化不明显。处理后雌成虫的AlP活力随辐射剂量的增加而呈上升趋势,以40 Krad处理最高;雄成虫和幼虫均以20Krad处理达到最高,其后有所下降;蛹的AlP活力变化不大。本试验结果有助于阐明辐射对昆虫生理生化的效应。
The carboxylesterase (CarE), acid phosphatase (AP) and alkaline phosphatase (Ca (superscript +)) in different adult states of Ostrinia furnacalis (Guen.) Were studied in the 3rd instar larvae, 3rd instar larvae, Changes of phospholipase (AlP) activity under different ~ (60) Coγ irradiation. The results showed that the order of CarE activities in different stages of Asian corn borer was larvae> adults> pupae; AP vitality was: larvae> pupae> adults; AlP activity was: adults> larvae> pupae. After irradiation, CarE activity was higher than that of the control, larvae were highest at 10Krad, adult and pupae were highest at 20Krad. The pupal AP activity increased with the increase of radiation dose and reached the highest at 40 Krad. The AP activity of larvae in the range of 5-20 Krad was not significantly different from that of the control, but was significantly higher at 30 and 40 Krad than that of the control. There was no obvious change between adult AP activity and its control. After treatment, the AlP activity of female adults increased with the increase of radiation dose, and reached the highest at 40 Krad. Male adults and larvae both reached the maximum at 20Krad and then declined. The AlP activity of pupae did not change much. The results of this experiment will help clarify the effects of radiation on the physiological and biochemical effects of insects.
