运用小鼠骨髓细胞染色体畸变和微核试验检测农药克螨特Comite,Propargite,2-(4-特丁基苯氧基)环乙基丙-2-炔基亚硫酸酯的诱变性。克螨特剂量分别为440,220,110mg/kg.bw.其结果:染色体畸变率分别为15±1.8,8.3±1.6,3.8±2.1;微核率分别为8.5±2.6,6.2±1.5,5.1±1.5;与阴性对照0.6±0.7(染色体),2.0±1.7(微核)比较,均有显著差异(P<0.05)。测试表明:克螨特能诱发小鼠骨髓细胞染色体畸变和增高微核频率。
The mutagenicity of the pesticide Comite, Propargite, 2- (4-tert-butylphenoxy) -cyclohexylprop-2-ylsulfite was detected using mouse bone marrow cell chromosome aberration and micronucleus test. The results showed that the chromosome aberration rates were 15 ± 1.8, 8.3 ± 1.6 and 3.8 ± 2.1 respectively; the micronucleus rates were 8.5 ± 2.6, 6.2 ± 1.5 and 5.1 ± 1.5, respectively; Compared with the negative control 0.6 ± 0.7 (chromosome), 2.0 ± 1.7 (micronucleus), there was significant difference (P <0.05). Tests show that: propargite can induce chromosome aberrations in mouse bone marrow cells and increase the frequency of micronuclei.
