灵菌红素类化合物(Prodigionines,PGs)是一类发现于细菌和放线菌的红色抗生素,其分子骨架特征是含有一个共轭三吡咯环母核。此类化合物家族中的一些成员具有显著的抗肿瘤活性,如灵菌红素以及十一烷基灵菌红素等;而人工合成的灵菌红素类似物GX15-070作为一种新型的抗肿瘤药物已经进入临床I/II期的研究。本文对灵菌红素类化合物的抗肿瘤活性及其药理研究进行综述,以期为此类抗肿瘤药物的进一步研究和开发提供参考。
Prodigionines (PGs) are a class of red antibiotics that are found in bacteria and actinomycetes. Their molecular skeleton is characterized by a conjugated triazole ring core.
