文章对如何理解中国区域能力指标体系作了说明,然后,对2002年中国区域创新能力的现状作了分析。总的结论是,东部是中国区域创新能力最强的地区,西部地区创新能力较低。在分省市创新能力的分析中,北京、上海是全国创新能力最强的地区。但各省市的创新能力在2001年到2002年中,出现了许多变化,显示出区域创新能力正呈现多样性的特点。
The article explains how to understand China’s regional competence index system, and then analyzes the current status of China’s regional innovation capacity in 2002. The general conclusion is that the east is the most innovative region in China, while the western region is less capable of innovation. In the analysis of provincial and municipal innovation ability, Beijing and Shanghai are the regions with the most innovative capacity in the country. However, there have been many changes in the innovation capability of various provinces and cities between 2001 and 2002, showing that the regional innovation capability is showing a diversity of features.
