目的:探讨HCY及CRP与原发性高血压及原发性高血压伴左室肥厚之间的关系。方法:原发性高血压患者33例,分为A组(无左室肥厚)19例,及B组(伴左室肥厚)14例,对照组34例。所有入选者均测其血压、CRP和HCY。结果:高血压组的CRP和HCY水平均高于对照组(P<0.01),且B组CRP水平高于A组(P<0.05),HCY水平低于A组(P<0.05)。结论:(1)CRP及HCY浓度与血压值呈正相关。(2)高血压所致左室重构与CRP水平相关,而与HCY水平关系不明显。
Objective: To investigate the relationship between HCY and CRP and essential hypertension and essential hypertension with left ventricular hypertrophy. Methods: Thirty-three patients with essential hypertension were divided into group A (n = 19) without left ventricular hypertrophy, group B (with left ventricular hypertrophy), and control group (n = 34). All participants were tested for blood pressure, CRP and HCY. Results: The levels of CRP and HCY in hypertension group were significantly higher than those in control group (P <0.01). The CRP level in group B was higher than that in group A (P <0.05), while the level of HCY was lower in group B than that in group A (P <0.05). Conclusion: (1) There is a positive correlation between CRP and HCY concentration and blood pressure. (2) Hypertension-induced left ventricular remodeling was associated with CRP level, but not with HCY level.
