安全保卫工作是金融系统一项根本性、基础性、经常性工作,是一项系统工程,它渗透于金融工作的各个方面,直接关系着金融事业的健康发展.怎样使安全保卫工作建立在科学有效的基础上,切实杜绝案件、事故和把案件、事故发生率降到最低限度,是各级金融机构特别关注和当前亟待解决的问题.通过总结8年来的工作经验,我们认为,搞好科学预测是做好安全保卫工作的有效途径.搞好科学预测,这是对我们做具体工作的普遍要求,也是从安全工作自身特点对我们的特殊要求,更是金融安全保卫工作要坚持“预防为主”方针对我们的现实要求.对案件、事故预测的方法通常有以下三种:①直观性预测.它是利用管理者的直观感觉和逻辑思维以及知识、经验、综合分析判断能力进行的预测.在
