由于高山峡谷的地貌特征,四川有相当数量的城镇是建设在河岸一侧狭窄台地上的,地质环境恶劣,地质灾害风险极高.因此,在国家地震灾害恢复重建中,对四川这类地震地质灾害风险极高的城镇在总体规划中应一并考虑,采取必要措施,降低灾害风险.
