对RuCl_3·3H_2O/TMEDA催化空气氧化苄醇的反应进行了研究,结果表明在RuCl_3·3H_2O/TMEDA催化下,苄醇被有效的氧化成相应的醛,具有较高的反应收率,条件温和,操作简便,等特点。RuCl_3·3H_2O/TMEDA催化氧化苄醇实验过程:1.0 mmol苄醇溶液,0.05 mmol RuCl_3·3H_2O,加入1 ml THF,逐滴加入1.0 mmol TMEDA,室温下搅拌,TLC监测反应进程,反应结束,减压浓缩,粗品经硅胶柱层析提纯。
The catalytic effect of RuCl_3 · 3H_2O / TMEDA on the oxidation of benzyl alcohol by air was studied.
