起重臂作为起重机的主要受力构件,其强度和刚度的强弱对整机的性能有很大影响。因此对起重机伸缩臂的强度和刚度分析以及结构的优化设计研究有深远的现实意义。本文把汽车起重机伸缩臂作为研究对象,先结合起重机设计规范和相关力学知识对伸缩臂结构进行必要的力学分析。然后据实际工程作业情况,对起重机实际工况作出分析,选择其中三种典型工况进行了相关分析研究。
As a crane’s main force components, the strength and stiffness of the boom have great influence on the performance of the whole machine. Therefore, the crane telescopic boom strength and stiffness analysis as well as the structure of the optimal design of research has far-reaching practical significance. In this paper, the truck crane telescopic boom as the research object, combined with crane design specifications and related mechanical knowledge of the telescopic boom structure necessary mechanical analysis. Then according to the actual project operation conditions, the actual working conditions of the crane are analyzed, and three typical working conditions are selected for the related analysis and research.
