目的测定糖尿病母儿脐血胰岛素抵抗素(以下简称抵抗素)、脂联素和瘦素含量,初步探讨妊娠期糖尿病母亲的胎儿生长发育的影响因素。方法选取33例临床确诊的糖尿病母儿为研究组,另选30例正常足月新生儿为对照组,采用酶联免疫吸附法测定所有研究对象脐血抵抗素、脂联素及瘦素含量,精确测量糖尿病母儿生长发育指标,采用SPSS 16.0软件进行结果分析。结果研究组脐血抵抗素和脂联素含量低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001),瘦素高于对照组(P<0.001);糖尿病母儿脐血抵抗素与体重、Ponderal指数和瘦素均呈负相关(r=-0.673、-0.563、-0.412,P均<0.05),与脂联素呈正相关(r=0.397,P=0.003)。结论糖尿病母儿脐血抵抗素与脂联素和瘦素之间可能存在一定关联;抵抗素与糖尿病母儿宫内生长发育有关。
Objective To determine the levels of insulin resistance (CB), adiponectin and leptin in umbilical cord blood of diabetic infants and to explore the influencing factors of fetal growth and development of gestational diabetic mothers. Methods 33 cases of clinically diagnosed diabetic mother and child as study group and 30 normal term newborn as control group. The contents of umbilical cord blood resistin, adiponectin and leptin were determined by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) Accurate measurement of growth and development of diabetes mother and child indicators, using SPSS 16.0 software for analysis of the results. Results The levels of umbilical cord blood resistin and adiponectin in the study group were lower than those in the control group (P <0.001), leptin was higher in the study group than in the control group (P <0.001) Ponderal index was negatively correlated with leptin (r = -0.673, -0.563, -0.412, P <0.05), and positively correlated with adiponectin (r = 0.397, P = 0.003). Conclusion There may be a correlation between umbilical cord blood resistin and adiponectin and leptin in diabetes mellitus; resistin is associated with intrauterine growth and development of diabetic mother and child.
