聚丙烯管材料颗粒外观质量问题原因分析及应对措施

无规共聚聚丙烯管材广泛应用于各类建筑物的冷热输送系统。由于管材颗粒在生产过程中存在黑粒、色粒和絮状物等颗粒外观质量问题,导致产品降级。黑粒、色粒产生的原因主要存在于造粒开车过程、颗粒生产过程、换网过程、颗粒输送过程和颗粒包装过程;絮状物产生的原因要分两种情况进行分析:长丝状絮状物产生的原因和颗粒带尾巴产生的原因。应对黑粒、色粒采取的措施主要包括优化造粒开车过程、优化造粒换网过程、更换齿轮泵电机、料仓风机出口增加止逆阀以及规范造粒开车操作、造粒换网操作、粒料输送至包装操作和严细考核制度等。针对絮状物的产生,采取了造粒料仓输送系统增加筛板、粒料输送管线进行喷砂处理等措施,同时强化取样时对粒型的检查和粒料输送过程中的监控。通过设备改造和日常管理措施相结合,管材产品的黑粒、色粒和絮状物等外观不合格问题得到了解决,管材粒料因产品外观问题造成的产品降级现象明显改善,产品降级数量为零。 Random copolymer polypropylene pipe is widely used in various types of buildings, hot and cold conveying system. The measures to deal with the black particles and the colored particles mainly include optimizing the granulation drive process, optimizing the granulation process, changing the gear pump motor, adding the check valve at the exit of the silo fan, standardizing granulation drive operation, Pellets sent to the packaging operation and strict examination system. In view of the production of flocs, we adopted measures such as adding hopper conveying system to increase sieve plate and granule conveying pipeline to blasting, and at the same time, we strengthened the checking of grain type and the monitoring of pellet conveying during sampling. Through the combination of equipment modification and daily management measures, the unqualified appearance problems of black particles, colored particles and flocs of the pipe products have been solved. The degradation phenomenon of the pipe pellets caused by the appearance of the products has been obviously improved. The number of product degradation is zero.
