本研究认为,实施有效供给的公共职业培训可以增加培训供给总量,提高培训效益。建议借鉴欧盟国家在公共职业教育与公共职业培训方面统筹规划、整体推进的经验,以建立有效供给的公共职业培训的制度体系、发挥县级中等职业学校在就业与创业培训中的资源效能、拓展职业院校在高素质技术技能人才培训中的服务功能为策略,深入推进有效供给的公共职业培训。
This study argues that the implementation of public vocational training for effective supply can increase the total training supply and improve training effectiveness. It is suggested to draw lessons from the experience of EU countries in overall planning and overall promotion in public vocational education and public vocational training in order to establish a system of public vocational training for effective supply and to make full use of the resource efficiency of employment training and entrepreneurship training in secondary vocational schools Vocational schools in high-quality technical skills training in the service function as a strategy to further promote the effective supply of public vocational training.
