目的 探索我国是否存在旋毛虫的不同类型。方法 在 4℃低温下观察黑龙江、湖北、天津、云南四地旋毛虫肌肉期幼虫 (ML )形态及其分布。结果 四地旋毛虫 ML形态分布不同 ,呈螺旋状卷曲者所占的比例分别为 31.7%、2 5 .0 %、2 3.8%和 18.2 %。其中湖北株、天津株比例接近 ;黑龙江株比例较高 ;然而云南株在常温下比例较高 ,在低温下却比例较低。结论 我国四地旋毛虫 ML在低温下形态上存在明显差异 ,结合笔者先前扩增片段长度多态性的结果分析 ,提示我国四地旋毛虫至少存在 2种不同的生物学类型
Objective To explore the existence of different types of Trichinella in our country. Methods The morphology and distribution of muscle larvae (ML) of Trichinella spiralis in Heilongjiang, Hubei, Tianjin and Yunnan were observed at 4 ℃. Results The morphology of Trichinella spiralis was different in all four species. The proportions of helical crimps were 31.7%, 25.0%, 23.8% and 18.2% respectively. Among them, the strains of Hubei strain and Tianjin strain are close, while the strain of Heilongjiang strain is higher. However, the strain of Yunnan strain has a higher proportion at normal temperature but a lower proportion at low temperature. Conclusion The morphology of Trichinella spiralis ML in four areas of China is obviously different at low temperature. Based on the analysis of the length polymorphism of the previous amplified fragment, it is suggested that there are at least two different types of Trichinella spiralis in our country
