铬矿中全铁量的分析,一般采用镍坩埚熔融或采用溴饱和盐酸和高氯酸混合酸溶解,氨水沉淀分离铁,再用盐酸溶解,最后用重铬酸钾溶液滴定。方法的手续繁琐,分析时间较长。我厂采用磷酸溶解试样,速度快,手续简便、重现性好(见表)。操作:称取试样0.2克于250毫升三角烧瓶中,加磷酸20毫升,加磁坩埚盖,加热溶解,待磷酸微冒烟后,试样开始溶解,溶液出现绿色,取下冷却。加二滴管硝酸,盖好磁坩埚盖继续加热溶解,待试样全
