法律职业能力培养存在较强的社会诉求,源于法学专业毕业生进入法律职业部门工作适应能力较差,满足这种社会诉求的有效路径是加强在校学生的法律职业能力培训,应该以实务型职业者而不是以法律职业共同体为标准。在培养路径方面,需要克服当前功利化培养的倾向,注重以法律职业素养为核心构建培养目标,以实践性教学为核心构建培养机制。
There is a strong social appeal for legal professional ability training, which stems from the poor adaptability of law graduates to work in legal occupations. An effective way to satisfy such social demands is to strengthen the training of legal profession of students in law schools. Professional rather than legal professional community as a standard. In terms of the cultivation path, we should overcome the current tendency of utilitarian education, pay attention to the cultivation of legal professionalism as the core, and the cultivation of practical teaching as the core.
