目的　本文对海绵窦内海绵状血管瘤的临床表现、影像学特征、肿瘤起源和治疗作一探讨。方法　对我院 1981年 8月以来治疗的 10例海绵窦内海绵状血管瘤进行回顾性分析。结果　 10例病人均行手术 ,其中 4例行肿瘤切开取检时因大出血终止手术 ,1例仅行肿瘤栓塞治疗 ,2例肿瘤部分切除 ,3例肿瘤完全切除。无手术死亡。结论　根据手术中所见可对肿瘤能否切除作出判断。实质性成分较多的肿瘤可通过显微手术完全切除。 Objective To discuss the clinical manifestations, imaging features, tumor origin and treatment of cavernous hemangioma in cavernous sinus. Methods We retrospectively analyzed 10 cavernous sinus cavernous hemangiomas treated in our hospital since August 1981. Results All 10 patients underwent surgery. Among them, 4 patients underwent tumor excision for termination of bleeding due to major bleeding, 1 patient received only tumor embolization, 2 patients had partial tumor resection, and 3 patients had complete tumor resection. No operative death. Conclusion According to the findings during the operation, it can be judged whether the tumor can be removed. Tumors with more substantial components can be completely removed by microsurgery.
