为了了解和评价某医科大学学生的营养状况,针对存在的问题提出改进意见,于1985年5月至7月对该校学生进行了营养状况调查。调查内容和方法一、调查对象:在全校2308名学生中,按系级,以班为单位随机抽查在三个学生食堂就餐的学生473人,其中男264人,女209人,年龄19~22岁。二、膳食调查:采用五日称重法,查阅食物成分表计算各种营养素摄入量。三、体格检查:按全国营养调查确定的内容进行,随机抽取其中202人,用国产YA—Ⅱ型暗适应计测定暗适应时间,随机选21名
In order to understand and evaluate the nutritional status of students in a medical university, suggestions for improving the existing problems were put forward.
