从1987年开始,南京卫生系统连续10年在夏季开展了“白求恩杯”百日竞赛活动,通过竞赛,有力地促进了卫生系统的行风建设,保证了高温季节医疗任务的完成.十年“杯赛”结束后,又及时总结经验,根据医学模式的转变及“以病人为中心”这一医院中心工作的转移,于1997年在全市卫生系统开展了全年度的“白求恩杯”竞赛,全市市、区、县共34所医院参加全年竞赛活动.在竞赛活动中我们把竞赛活动与创建等级医院、创建文明卫生行业、创建“全国百佳医院、全省十佳医院”紧密结合,以白求恩精神为动力,以杯赛为载体,不断转变服务观念,强化医院管理,完善服务功能,提高医疗质量,最大限度地满足广大人民群众对医疗服务的需求.
Since 1987, the Nanjing Health System has carried out the “Bethon Cup” 100-day competition in the summer for 10 consecutive years. Through the competition, it has effectively promoted the construction of the health system and ensured the completion of medical tasks in the hot season. After the end of the Cup, it summed up the experience in a timely manner. Based on the shift in medical model and the shift of the “patient-centered” hospital center work, the annual “Bethon Cup” competition was launched in the city’s health system in 1997. A total of 34 hospitals in the district, county and county participated in the annual competition. In the competition activities, we combined the competition activities with the creation of a graded hospital, the establishment of a civilized health industry, and the creation of the “National Top 100 Hospitals and the 10 Best Hospitals in the Province” to Bethune. The spirit as the driving force, taking the cup as the carrier, constantly changing service concepts, strengthening hospital management, improving service functions, improving medical quality, and satisfying the needs of the general public for medical services to the maximum extent.
