寿光市主动适应企业快速发展的需要,积极搭建博士后创业平台,为经济发展注入强劲动力。在晨鸣纸业集团、蔬菜高科技示范园、巨能金玉米、康跃科技股份有限公司、墨龙石油机械、富康制药有限公司建立了6个博士后科研工作站,引进16名博士后研究人员,组织了20余项科研攻关,其中15项已经完成,累计创造经济效益过亿元。通过博士后工作的强势带动,引进、培养了一批掌握先进技术的专业人才,带动了高层次人才队伍建设,促进了全市经济和社会事业的发展。 Shouguang City actively adapt to the rapid development of enterprises, and actively set up post-doctoral venture platform, injecting strong impetus into economic development.
