骨肿瘤是发生在人体骨骼或骨骼附属组织之间的肿瘤,像其他肿瘤一样,是细胞遗传物质异常表达的结果,属于常见病。近几十年来,骨肿瘤的临床诊断研究迅速发展,成为研究骨肿瘤的基础和重点学科。随着分子检测技术的逐渐成熟,骨肿瘤的病理分类被逐渐确定,分为成骨性肿瘤、成软骨性肿瘤、骨巨细胞瘤、骨髓肿瘤、脉管肿瘤等。通过研究骨肿瘤的临床诊断,逐步从分子角度揭示其发生发展转移规律,为该疾病的预防、治疗以及术后康复均有重要意义。
