目的探讨分析饮食护理干预对食管癌患者放疗期间营养状况的影响。方法选取我院2015年1月-2017年2月100例食管癌患者作为研究对象。对照组的患者接受常规的健康宣教和营养护理,护理人员应当告知患者注意日常饮食,但不改变患者原来的饮食习惯。观察组的患者接受饮食护理干预。结果放疗损伤程度观察组放疗损伤程度低于对照组,观察组营养状况优于对照组。结论针对患者放疗过程中出现的营养不良问题,护理人员应该采取积极的饮食护理措施,增加患者身体素质,加快患者康复进程,为患者提供有利的治疗条件,值得在临床医学上广泛推广。
Objective To investigate the effects of dietary nursing intervention on the nutritional status of patients with esophageal cancer during radiotherapy. Methods 100 cases of esophageal cancer patients from January 2015 to February 2017 in our hospital were selected as the research object. Patients in the control group underwent routine health education and nutritional care, and caregivers should inform patients about their daily diet without changing the patient’s original eating habits. Patients in the observation group received dietary nursing interventions. Results The degree of radiotherapy injury in the observation group was lower than that in the control group. The nutritional status of the observation group was better than that of the control group. Conclusions Aiming at the malnutrition in radiotherapy, nurses should adopt active dietary nursing measures to increase physical fitness, speed up the rehabilitation process and provide favorable treatment conditions for patients. It is worth to be widely popularized in clinical medicine.
