介绍了1kN·m高精度扭矩标准机的结构与工作原理,对空气轴承的承载及稳定性进行了分析,对标准力臂进行了有限元分析,并对装置展开了测量不确定度分析。结果表明,设计的1kN·m扭矩标准机扩展不确定度能达到0.01%(k=2)。
The structure and working principle of a 1kN · m high precision torque standard machine are introduced. The bearing and stability of the air bearing are analyzed. The finite element analysis of the standard force arm is carried out and the measurement uncertainty analysis of the device is carried out. The results show that the designed uncertainty of 1kN · m torque standard machine can reach 0.01% (k = 2).
