基于员工视角,从内隐追随的理论背景出发,分析了领导和员工感知、决策和行为的过程。对内隐追随的概念进行了界定,明确了其与外显追随和内隐领导的区别和联系,探讨了内隐追随各维度的直接测量和间接测量,在分析其前因变量、后果变量的基础上提出未来的研究设想。
Based on the staff’s perspective, starting from the theoretical background of implicit follow-up, the process of perception, decision-making and behavior of leaders and employees is analyzed. This paper defines the concept of implicit follow-up, clarifies the difference and connection between it and explicit follow-up and implicit leadership, discusses direct and indirect measurement of implicit following dimensions, and analyzes the relationship between antecedent variable and consequence variable Based on the proposed future research ideas.
