Objective: To investigate the effect of incision compression bandaging on postoperative complications of breast cancer. Methods: Eighty-eight patients with postoperative breast cancer were randomly divided into observation group (n = 42) and control group (n = 46). Observation group postoperative sterile gauze covering incision, no pressure bandaging. The control group was pressure bandaged after incision. Results: There was no significant difference in the incidence of skin flap necrosis between two groups and the average drainage time of subcutaneous effusion (P> 0.05). Conclusion: Incision compression bandaging can not effectively prevent postoperative complications of breast cancer. The fine operation of the operation, postoperative effective negative pressure drainage and appropriate functional limb rehabilitation can reduce the incidence of complications.
