0 引言rn慢性充血性心力衰竭改善心功能等治疗很重要,但药物对生存质量的影响也非常重要.在心力衰竭患者中,肾素、血管紧张素和交感神经系统被激活促使患者病情恶化.本院通过在心力衰竭患者中应用β受体阻滞剂--倍它乐克,观察β受体阻滞剂对心力衰竭患者运动耐重及生存质量的影响.
