目的 :探讨仙鹤草、山楂、香菇、杏仁、大枣、板蓝根等 6种中草药的抗突变抗肿瘤作用及其机制。方法 :采用抗突变和致突变同步快速试验研究了 6种中草药的抗突变和致突变性 ;采用体外抑瘤试验研究了 6种中草药的 4个浓度组对 4种肿瘤细胞的抑制作用。结果 :经加和不加大鼠肝脏微粒体酶 (S9) 2种试验 ,6种中草药均未显示有致突变毒性 ,香菇、山楂、杏仁、大枣显示对MMC引起的致突变作用有拮抗效应 ;仙鹤草、山楂、香菇水溶性提取液的各浓度组对 4种肿瘤细胞的3 H TdR掺入均有抑制作用 ,且随浓度的增加 ,抑制作用有增强趋势。结论 :香菇、山楂、杏仁、大枣具有抗突变活性 ,仙鹤草、山楂、香菇对MT Ⅱ、L92 9、SK、K562 4种细胞的DNA合成有明显抑制作用。
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the anti-tumor effect and mechanism of six herbaceous herbs such as Agrimony, hawthorn, shiitake mushroom, almond, jujube and Radix Isatidis. Methods: The anti-mutation and mutagenicity of six Chinese herbal medicines were studied by simultaneous rapid and anti-mutation and mutagenicity test. The inhibitory effects of four concentrations of six herbs on four tumor cells were studied in vitro. Results: Two kinds of Chinese herbal medicine did not show any mutagenicity with or without liver microsomal enzyme (S9). Mushrooms, hawthorn, almonds and jujubes showed antagonistic effects on the mutagenicity caused by MMC. The concentration of water extract of Agrimony, hawthorn and mushrooms inhibited the incorporation of 3 H TdR into all the four tumor cells, and the inhibitory effect tended to increase with the concentration increasing. Conclusion: Mushrooms, hawthorn, almonds and jujube have anti-mutagenic activity. Agrimony, hawthorn and mushrooms can inhibit the DNA synthesis of MT Ⅱ, L92 9, SK and K562 cells.
