在我公司使用的汽车中,有不少是装有液压真空增压式制动系的,如交通牌SH141型载重汽车就是采用液压真空增压、后轮为自动助势式的制动系。按原设计要求规定,该车在单车载重4000公斤或改装为半挂车载重8000公斤的运行条件下,其制动效能应是可靠而稳定的。但是在实际运动中却发现制动效能有“时好时差”,甚至会发生“偶然失效”的现象,这对行车安全是个严重威胁。针对这种情况,我们发动和组织群众开展调查研究和分析,最后找出了原因,采取了一些措施,基本上清除了隐患。现将我们分析的结果归纳如下:
Among the cars I use in our company, many are equipped with hydraulic vacuum booster brake system. For example, the traffic license plate SH141 is a hydraulic booster with a rear-wheel brake system. According to the original design requirements, the car in the bicycle load 4000 kg or converted to semi-trailer load 8000 kg operating conditions, the braking efficiency should be reliable and stable. However, in actual sports, it is found that there is a “good time lag” in the braking performance and even a phenomenon of “accidental failure”, which is a serious threat to driving safety. In response to this situation, we mobilize and organize the masses to carry out investigations and studies, and finally find out the reasons for taking some measures to basically clear the hidden dangers. The results of our analysis are summarized as follows:
