液相色谱法测定工作场所空气中对苯二胺

目的建立测定工作场所空气中对苯二胺(PPD)的高效液相色谱法。方法工作场所空气中PPD用装有5.0m L甲醇吸收液的冲击式采样管,直接进样,经Eclipse XDB-C18液相色谱柱分离,紫外检测器检测,以保留时间定性,峰高或峰面积定量。结果 PPD质量浓度在0.50~5.00mg/L浓度范围内具有良好的线性关系,相关系数为0.999 03;按照采集空气样品45L计算,最低检出浓度为0.004mg/m~3;批内和批间精密度为0.66%~2.14%和1.01%~4.17%;平均采样效率为99.4%;样品在4℃条件下至少可存放3d。结论该方法灵敏度高,精密度好,操作简单,能有效避免PPD易于氧化问题,适用于工作场所空气中PPD的测定。 Objective To establish a HPLC method for the determination of p-phenylenediamine (PPD) in the air of workplace. Methods The PPD in the air of the workplace was directly injected into an impact sampling tube equipped with a 5.0-m L methanol absorption solution and separated by an Eclipse XDB-C18 liquid chromatographic column. The UV detector was used to determine the retention time, peak height or peak Area quantitative. Results The concentration of PPD had a good linearity in the concentration range of 0.50-5.00 mg / L with a correlation coefficient of 0.999 03. The minimum detection concentration of PPD was 0.004 mg / m ~ 3 according to 45L of air samples collected. The precision was 0.66% -2.14% and 1.01% -4.17%. The average sampling efficiency was 99.4%. The sample could be stored for at least 3 days at 4 ℃. Conclusion The method has high sensitivity, good precision, simple operation, can effectively avoid the PPD easy oxidation problem, suitable for the determination of PPD in the workplace air.
