目的通过对新疆乡镇卫生院卫生技术人员培训现状的调查与评价,对发现卫生人员队伍建设中存在的问题及影响因素,为农村合理配置卫生人力资源,建设高素质的农村卫生服务队伍,提出相应对策与建议。方法采用随机分层抽样的方法,从新疆南、北、东疆随机抽取6个县的18个乡镇卫生院或中心卫生院,通过问卷调查了解医务人员的培训现状、培训需求。结果医务人员中从未接受过任何形式的培训的人员高达47.46%,影响医务人员培训的因素主要是领导不让参加和工作离不开,分别占36.44%和35.59%;约有90.25%的医务人员认为应该建立乡镇医务人员在岗培训制度;培训的目的主要是提高自己的实际业务水平者占70.97%;92.47%的医务人员认为工作1-5年是最好的培训时机。结论建立乡镇卫生院医务人员在岗培训制度,提高卫技人员的专业知识水平和业务素质,从而更好的为农村居民提供医疗服务。
Objective To investigate and evaluate the status quo of the training of health technicians in township hospitals in Xinjiang. To find the problems and influencing factors in the construction of health workers and to provide rational allocation of human resources for health in rural areas and construction of high-quality rural health service teams, Countermeasures and Suggestions. Methods A random stratified sampling method was used to randomly select 18 township hospitals or central hospitals in six counties from south, north and east Xinjiang. The questionnaires were used to understand the current situation and training needs of medical staff. As a result, 47.46% of the medical staff have never received any kind of training. The main factors affecting the training of medical staff are that the leaders can not be separated from the job and 36.44% and 35.59% respectively. About 90.25% of the medical staff Personnel think it is necessary to establish on-the-job training system for township medical staff; the main purpose of training is to improve their actual business level by 70.97%; 92.47% of medical staff think that working 1-5 years is the best training time. Conclusion The establishment of on-the-job training system of medical personnel in township hospitals can improve the professional knowledge and professional qualities of medical technicians so as to provide better medical services to rural residents.
