In order to investigate the value of 99 Tm-TRODAT-1 SPECT imaging of dopamine transporter (DAT) in the monitoring of Parkinson’s disease, 20 normal controls (Parkinson’s disease) and 14 normal controls TRODAT-1 SPECTDAT imaging was used to calculate the ratio of specific radioactivity between the bilateral striatum and the cerebellum (ST / CB) and the asymmetry index of the striatum-specific radioactivity uptake ratio (ROI) AIPD, AICON), UPDRS score was also used in PD patients, and Hoehn-Yahr classification was improved. The results showed that the mean bilateral ST / CB in PD patients was significantly and negatively correlated with Hoehn-Yahr classification, UPDRS daily living ability and motor function score, and AIPD was positively correlated with PD duration. There was a significant difference in asymmetry index between PD patients and normal controls Difference, the former is high, the latter is low. Therefore, the 99 Tm-TRODAT-1 SPECT brain DAT imaging can monitor the status of PD and reflect the severity of PD.
