为了简化操作程序,选择经济有效的生根方法,对丰花月季离体再生植株进行了液体生根试验。选用植株高2厘米的深粉丰花月季无根试管苗,放入7种不同溶液组合中生根培养。培养液经高压灭菌后,注入平底试管内,液量为4—8.5毫升。将无根苗去掉下部1—2片小叶,植于试管内,每管10株。培养室内温度为26±1℃,白天光照10小时。培养到10天时,第四组开始生根,到12天时已全部生长出白色根。其它组也开始部分生根。
In order to simplify the operation procedure and select the economical and effective method of rooting, liquid rooting experiment was carried out on in vitro regenerated plants of Flos Lonicerae. Selection of plant height of 2 cm deep pink plum rose without root tube seedlings into seven different combinations of rooting culture. After the medium was autoclaved, it was poured into a flat-bottom test tube and the liquid volume was 4-8.5 ml. The rootless seedlings to remove the lower 1-2 leaflets, planted in vitro, 10 per tube. Cultivation of indoor temperature of 26 ± 1 ℃, light during the day 10 hours. At 10 days of culture, the fourth group started to root and all of the white roots had grown by 12 days. Other groups also started to partially take root.
