初入职场的人,在工作中往往会陷入三种心理误区:第一种是热情高涨,超常表现,但却由于心理预期没有实现而半途而废;第二种是玩世不恭,消极懈怠,在工作安排上斤斤计较,没有长远眼光;第三种是坐享其成,攀附依赖,不能体现出个体对集体的效用和价值。从心理学的角度分析,初入职场者应该努力避免陷入以下三种心理误区。
