为了探索粗高氯酸铵(AP)晶体表面缺陷对丁羟推进剂(HTPB)燃烧和力学性能的影响,用扫描电镜(SEM)观察了40~60目(Ⅰ型)、100~140目(Ⅲ型)两种粗AP的晶体形貌,分析了粗AP形貌缺陷对HTPB推进剂燃速、压强指数以及力学性能的影响。结果表明,粗AP晶体形貌对HTPB推进剂低压强段(3~12MPa)的燃速和压强指数影响较小,对HTPB推进剂高压强段(12~20 MPa)燃速和压强指数影响显著。当粗AP晶体表面形貌存在缺陷时,高压强段燃速从11.27~13.93 mm·s~(-1)变化范围扩大到11.28~16.35 mm·s~(-1),其压强指数也从0.40提高至0.70。结果显示,粗AP形貌缺陷对HTPB推进剂力学性能影响较小。
In order to explore the influence of AP surface defects on the combustion and mechanical properties of HTPB, the morphology of 40-60 mesh (Ⅰ) and 100-140 mesh Ⅲ). The effects of coarse AP morphology defects on the burning rate, pressure index and mechanical properties of HTPB propellants were analyzed. The results show that the crude AP crystal morphology has little effect on the burning rate and pressure exponent of HTPB propellant at low pressure (3 ~ 12MPa), but has a significant effect on the burning rate and pressure exponent of HTPB at high pressure (12 ~ 20 MPa) . When the surface morphology of crude AP crystals is flawed, the burning rate of the high pressure section expands from 11.27 ~ 13.93 mm · s ~ (-1) to 11.28 ~ 16.35 mm · s ~ (-1) and its pressure exponent increases from 0.40 Increase to 0.70. The results showed that the coarse AP morphology defects had little effect on the mechanical properties of HTPB propellants.
