输尿管内支架(双J管)已在临床广泛运用,留置双J管,操作简便、作用明确、疗效可靠,但是,由于操作不当,对双J管的认识不足,以及双J管的固有特性,留置双J管后可能会出现各种并发症,现就留置双J管的并发症及护理介绍如下,旨在今后减少双J管并发症的发生。1并发症及护理1.1支架管移位:发生率为0.6%～10.7%,既可上移也可以下移。
