为了解二台加氢反应器实际操作条件对2(1/4)Cr1Mo钢的时效作用,本文首次在国内对二块随加氢反应器进行了近50000h带焊缝的2(1/4)Cr1Mo钢试板在不同条件下进行了断裂韧度的测试。结果表明试板母材的断裂韧度仍较高,具有足够的韧性储备,而焊缝金属因硅和磷含量较高,已有明显脆化。
In order to understand the aging effect of two hydrogenation reactors on the performance of 2 (1/4) Cr1Mo steel, the first two (1/4) Cr1Mo steel panels under different conditions were tested for fracture toughness. The results show that the fracture toughness of the test plate base material is still high, with sufficient toughness reserves, and weld metal due to higher silicon and phosphorus, has been significantly embrittled.
