为节約鋼铁材料和避免鋼铁管道的某些缺点,一些先进的国家都在研究或已采用非金属压力管材代替金属管材。非金属压力管材的品种主要有:鋼筋混凝土管、予应力钢筋混凝土管、石棉水泥管、塑料管和玻璃管。由于石棉水泥管制造工艺簡单,材料来源容易,在苏联、日本等国已得到了广泛的採用,国内有些部門也已开始采用。笔者拟針对当前铁路部門使用中存在的问题,介绍一些保証与提高石棉水泥管道質量的办法供参考。限于水平及资料,不妥之处请指正。石棉水泥管系由石棉織维和普通水泥組成。石棉和水泥的含量、質量与管材的物理——力学性質、造价有密切关系。制管用的石棉和水泥除了不能纸于一定标号外,其配合比亦随品
In order to save steel materials and avoid some of the shortcomings of steel pipes, some advanced countries are studying or have used non-metallic pressure pipe instead of metal pipe. The types of non-metallic pressure pipes are: reinforced concrete pipes, prestressed reinforced concrete pipes, asbestos cement pipes, plastic pipes and glass pipes. Due to the simple manufacturing process of the asbestos cement pipe and the easy source of the material, it has been widely adopted in countries such as the Soviet Union and Japan, and some domestic departments have begun to adopt it. The author intends to introduce some methods for ensuring and improving the quality of asbestos cement pipelines for reference in the current problems in the use of the railway sector. Limited to the level and data, please correct me if you are uncomfortable. Asbestos cement pipes consist of asbestos weaving and ordinary cement. The content and quality of asbestos and cement are closely related to the physical-mechanical properties and cost of pipes. Asbestos and cement used for pipe making can not be printed on a certain label, but the mix ratio also varies with the product.
