2013年6月底,国务院召开了全国现代渔业建设工作电视电话会议,国务院副总理汪洋出席会议并做重要讲话,提出了加快推进渔业现代化进程的意见和要求。会议召开后,全国各省(区、市)渔业行政主管部门纷纷行动起来,经过周密安排部署,陆续以省政府名义召开现代渔业建设促进会、出台政策文件推动渔业发展转型升级,为开创现代渔业发展新局面奠定基础。本刊已在2013年第11、12期关注了福建、江苏两省的贯彻落实情况,本期就山东、河北、安徽三省的贯彻落实情况给予报道。
