目的掌握江苏省东海县从事妇幼保健专业技术人员现状,为合理配置妇幼保健专业技术人员提供依据。方法利用东海县助产技术服务人员及妇女保健人员信息库进行统计分析。结果妇幼保健专业技术人员数量不足,乡镇卫生院中高学历、高技术职称人数偏少,村级保健网底技术力量较为薄弱,持母婴保健技术考核合格证上岗的执业意识有待进一步加强。结论制定全县妇幼保健专业技术人才队伍建设规划,引进高学历、高素质人才;对人员配置不足的单位加以整合。
Objective To master the current situation of maternal and child health professional technicians in Donghai County, Jiangsu Province, and provide the basis for the rational allocation of maternal and child health professional technicians. Methods The data bank of midwifery technicians and women health workers in Donghai County was used for statistical analysis. Results The number of maternal and child health care professional and technical personnel was not enough. The number of middle and high school education and high-tech titles in township hospitals was relatively small, and the technical power of village-level health care net was weak. The awareness of practicing nursing attending maternal and child health care technical assessment should be further strengthened. Conclusion The formulation of the county maternal and child health professional and technical personnel team planning, the introduction of highly educated, high-quality personnel; lack of staffing units to be integrated.
