野生毛葡萄芽器官离体培养的研究

野生毛葡萄芽器官离体培养试验结果,外植体——茎段芽在含有植物生长调节剂BA2mg~4mg/L、IAA1.0mg/L的MS培养基上,被直接诱导出不定芽,芽继代培养分化率高,但芽茎粗且短,呈密集型,BA和IAA减半的Ms培养基,促进形成正常健壮芽。在含有IBA0.5mg/L的MS培养基上,无根苗生长10天后开始长出根点,15天根系长至0.5~1cm。移栽于经0.1%高锰酸钾溶液消毒的基质里,成活率90%,生长健壮,培育成完整的小植株。 In vitro culture of wild Wort buds showed that explants-shoot buds were directly induced on MS medium containing plant growth regulators BA2mg ~ 4mg / L, IAA1.0mg / L, and adventitious buds and buds Subculturing Ms medium with high differentiation rate, but with thick and short buds, dense, BA and IAA halves, promoted the formation of normal and robust shoots.
