农村剩余劳动力向非农产业转移是社会主义现代化进程的必然要求。在我国积极推进城镇化建设的进程中,伴随着现代农业产业化的大发展,农村剩余劳动力逐年增加。随着我国经济产业升级及当前面临的复杂经济环境,农村剩余劳动力面临严峻的形势。本文着重论述了高校继续教育对经济发展和农村劳动力的影响,对提高农村劳动力综合素质,促进农村剩余劳动力转移具有作用和重要意义。
The transfer of rural surplus labor to non-agricultural industries is an inevitable requirement for the process of socialist modernization. In the process of actively promoting urbanization in our country, with the great development of modern agricultural industrialization, the surplus rural labor force has been increasing year by year. With the upgrading of China’s economy and the complex economic environment it is facing now, the rural surplus labor force is facing a severe situation. This article focuses on the impact of continuing education in universities on economic development and rural labor force, which is of great significance and significance to improving the overall quality of rural labor force and promoting the transfer of rural surplus labor force.
