为了实现挖掘机在恶劣、复杂环境下进行施工作业,设计了一种无线遥控挖掘机电液控制系统。该控制系统具备无线遥控、挖掘作业、行走作业、推土作业等多种控制功能。介绍了控制系统总体技术方案、硬件集成和软件设计过程。经过装车试验证明:整车控制系统性能稳定、可靠。控制系统在遥控距离800 m时,单向发送数据无线通信成功率为100%,双向收发数据无线通信成功率为94.13%;整车在挖掘模式下,动臂等执行机构电磁阀的反馈电流与手柄位移呈线性关系,电流最大误差为2 m A。
