目的 探讨端粒酶活性表达与肺癌发生发展的关系。方法 应用PCR TRAP 银染法检测5 0例肺癌组织及细胞和 2 0例相应癌旁组织、5例肺结核瘤组织及细胞的端粒酶活性。结果 肺癌组 :3 6例手术切除肺癌组织中端粒酶阳性率为 91.7% ,7例纤维支气管镜活检肺癌组织和 7例癌性胸水细胞中端粒酶阳性例数分别为 6例和 5例 ;总检出率为 88% ( 4 4/5 0 )。对照组 :癌旁组织中端粒酶阳性率为10 % ( 2 /2 0 ) ,肺结核瘤组织及细胞的端粒酶表达均呈阴性。将纤支镜活检组织分别进行端粒酶表达和病理检查 ,发现端粒酶活性检出率 ( 6/7)明显高于病理诊断阳性率 ( 3 /7)。结论 端粒酶可作为肺癌诊断的指标之一 ,检测其在纤维支气管镜活检组织及胸水细胞中的表达可提高肺癌早期诊断率。
Objective To investigate the relationship between the expression of telomerase activity and the occurrence and development of lung cancer. Methods The telomerase activity of 50 lung cancer tissues and cells, 20 corresponding adjacent tissues and 5 pulmonary tuberculosis tissues and cells were detected by PCR TRAP silver staining. Results In the lung cancer group, telomerase positive rate was 91.7% in 36 cases of lung cancer resected. The number of telomerase positive in 7 cases of bronchofibroma biopsy lung cancer and 7 cases of cancerous pleural effusion were 6 cases and 5 cases respectively The overall detection rate was 88% (4 4/5 0). In the control group, the positive rate of telomerase was 10% (2/20) in paracancerous tissues, and the telomerase expression in both tuberculoma tissues and cells was negative. The results of telomerase activity and pathological examination showed that the detection rate of telomerase activity (6/7) was significantly higher than the positive rate of pathological diagnosis (3/7). Conclusion Telomerase can be used as a diagnostic marker for lung cancer. Detecting the expression of telomerase in the biopsy tissue of the bronchoscope and pleural effusion may improve the early diagnosis rate of lung cancer.
