老师们经常会说,参加市里组织的培训和学习是学校给他们的最好奖励和福利。每次听到这样的话,我的心中总不免有些紧蹙。面对教师对区域教研所抱有的期待和对破解教学困惑的渴望,作为教研培训工作的组织者和实施者,我们必须认真面对的问题就是如何提高培训的实效性,确保教师在培训中学有所获。经过多年的实践和探索,笔者认为必须使培训活动的整体设计符合教师学习的特点和规律,才能保证教师培训工作取得实效。
Teachers often say that attending city-based training and learning is the best reward and benefits for the school. Every time I hear this, my heart always inevitably some tight. In the face of teachers’ expectations of regional teaching and research institutes and their desire to crack teaching puzzlement, as the organizer and implementer of teaching and research training, the problem that we must face seriously is how to improve the effectiveness of training to ensure that teachers in training middle schools Have received. After years of practice and exploration, I believe that the overall design of training activities must conform to the characteristics and laws of teacher learning so as to ensure the effectiveness of teacher training.
