在试验室条件下观察了2Cr13 与1Cr18Ni9Ti两种材质整铸式喷嘴环的热疲劳行为。结果表明,在特定环境条件下工作的喷嘴环,2Cr13 材质的抗热疲劳性能优于1Cr18Ni9Ti材质,前者喷嘴环在一定次数热循环后无开裂现象,后者喷嘴环严重开裂。其热疲劳裂纹在构件薄弱处出现,萌生于晶界,并沿晶界扩展。
Under the laboratory conditions, the thermal fatigue behavior of two kinds of material casting nozzle rings of 2Cr13 and 1Cr18Ni9Ti was observed. The results show that the nozzle ring, 2Cr13 material working under specific environmental conditions is superior to 1Cr18Ni9Ti in thermal fatigue resistance. The former nozzle ring did not crack after a certain number of thermal cycles, while the latter ring cracked severely. The thermal fatigue cracks occur at the weak point of the component, initiate in the grain boundary and expand along the grain boundary.
