中职语文教学在新时期面临尴尬的处境:一是老师不爱讲,二是学生不爱听,三是学校不管。教师要意识到中职学生的特殊性,他们的成绩比较差,心理比较自卑,所以对老师的态度比较逆反。因此,在这样的情况下,中职语文教学寻求一种师生互动关系的存在还是不容易的。语文教学的灵魂在于互动,如果老师只顾讲自己的,学生压根不清楚老师要讲述的内容是什么,那么这样的教学只是形式的交流,并没有深入领会到精髓。互动模式是优化中职语文教学的一个很好方式。教师应找到其与所教班级学生的契合点,充分发挥自身特长,有的放矢,因材施教,让自己的优势与学生的优势重合在一起,二者结合更能大放异彩。

Teachers should find their point of contact with the class of students taught, give full play to their strengths, targeted, teaching students according to their aptitude, so that their strengths coincide with the advantages of students, the combination of the two even more brilliant.
