在政府十分重视职业教育的大环境下,职业教育更要解决自身的教学管理模式问题。面对职业教育中学生对文化课的厌学和对社会就业的幻想,本课题提出用“半工半读”模式来解决这个问题。我们通过不断的、反复的实践、观察、记录、总结、反馈得出结论:尽管“半工半读”模式存在着一定的利弊,但是利明显大于弊。“半工半读”模式是职业教育必须坚持的一种教学管理模式,关键在于不断地完善。
In the government attaches great importance to vocational education environment, vocational education but also to solve their own teaching management model. Faced with vocational education middle school students weariness of culture and social employment of the illusion, this issue proposed to use “half-time” mode to solve this problem. Through continuous and repeated practice, observation, record, summary and feedback, we come to the conclusion that although there are some pros and cons of the “work-study model,” the benefits obviously outweigh the disadvantages. “Part-time ” mode is a kind of teaching management mode that vocational education must insist, the key lies in unceasingly perfecting.
