龟纹瓢虫(Propylaea japonica(Thunberg))是汉川棉田害虫主要天敌之一。1984年6月下旬至7月中旬,就两种有机磷内吸杀虫剂:40%氧化乐果和50%甲胺磷,采用涂茎和喷雾的方式治蚜对瓢虫的影响,进行了初步观察。 室内测定 从棉田捕回龟纹瓢虫成虫,室内群体饲养,将新孵化的幼虫和羽化的成虫分别用指管单头饲养,按15头为一组,重复2次。每日投放药剂处理的带毒棉蚜饲喂。瓢成虫管内投放10头;1~2龄幼虫管内放5头;3~4龄幼虫管内放10头。对照管内投放无毒蚜虫,逐日累计管中被食蚜虫,并统计瓢虫中毒死亡率,结果见表1。
