目的探讨自凝刀联合复方沙棘籽油栓治疗难治性宫颈糜烂的疗效。方法以我院2010年1月至2012年5月52例难治性宫颈糜烂患者为例,均采取自凝刀治疗术后阴道放置复方沙棘籽油栓2疗程的治疗方式。通过观察治疗效果与不良反应确定自凝刀联合复方沙棘籽油栓治疗效果。结果52例患者经过联合治疗后51例治愈,1例有显著效果,治愈率98.08%,有效率100%。结论自凝刀联合复方沙棘籽油栓治疗难治性宫颈糜烂疗效确切,方法简单,患者易于接受,值得推广。
Objective To investigate the curative effect of self-coagulation knife and compound sea buckthorn seed oil suppository on refractory cervical erosion. Methods 52 patients with refractory cervical erosion from January 2010 to May 2012 in our hospital were taken as self-coagulation knife to treat the treatment of compound seabuckthorn seed oil suppository after 2 weeks of operation. By observing the treatment effect and adverse reactions to determine self-coagulation combined with compound sea buckthorn seed oil suppository effect. Results Fifty-two patients were cured after treatment with 51 cases. One case had significant effect. The cure rate was 98.08% and the effective rate was 100%. Conclusion Self-coagulation knife combined with compound seabuckthorn seed oil suppositories for the treatment of refractory cervical erosion is effective, the method is simple and the patients are easy to accept, which is worth to be popularized.
