用双层辉光离子渗金属技术对灰口铸铁表层渗Cr及CrNi共渗进行了试验。在最佳工艺参数(源极电压Vs、阴极电压Vc、工作气压p)的基础上,着重研究了时间、温度对渗层的影响,分析了渗Cr及CrNi共渗后的渗层组织、化学成分,测定了渗层的硬度,并对其耐磨性及耐蚀性进行了试验。
The double glow ion infiltration metal technology was used to test the infiltration of Cr and CrNi on the surface of gray cast iron. On the basis of the optimum process parameters (source voltage Vs, cathode voltage Vc, working pressure p), the effects of time and temperature on the infiltration layer were studied emphatically. The infiltrated layer structure after infiltration Cr and CrNi infiltration was analyzed. Composition, the hardness of the layer was measured, and its wear resistance and corrosion resistance were tested.
